Six garment programs, one collection run

Everything that leaves your site in a soiled bin can come back on the same service — garments, PPE, mats and workshop textiles.

What we launder

Programs built around the garment, not the machine

Each program is defined by what the clothing has to survive and what it has to keep doing. Sites usually take two or three of them together.

Managed workwear laundering

Shirts, trousers, cotton drill, coveralls and jackets on a scheduled collection and return. Garments are washed to their own care requirements, pressed, sorted by wearer and delivered back to the point they left from. Suits any site where crews wear the same clothing every shift and stock has to be accounted for.

Hi-vis & retroreflective care

High-visibility clothing is processed to protect both parts of it: the fluorescent background fabric and the retroreflective tape. Tape that has lifted, cracked, dulled or delaminated is picked up at inspection, and the garment is withdrawn rather than returned to the pool looking clean but no longer visible at night.

Flame-resistant & specialist PPE

Flame-resistant coveralls, arc-rated clothing and welding garments are laundered without chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide bleaching or fabric softener — all of which degrade a flame-resistant finish or leave a flammable residue on the fibre. Handled separately from general workwear at every stage.

Food, hygiene & controlled-area garments

Smocks, aprons, cold-store clothing and hygiene-area garments processed on a segregated route with thermal disinfection, then bagged so they stay clean between our bench and your changeroom. Kept entirely apart from oil-bearing and general industrial loads.

Repairs, alterations & garment lifecycle

Zips, press studs, seams, hems, knee patches, name badges and company transfers handled on the bench. A garment that is still safe to wear gets repaired instead of replaced, and one that is not gets flagged for replacement before somebody relies on it.

Mats, towels & workshop textiles

Rubber-backed entrance and anti-fatigue mats, workshop rags, microfibre and towelling, exchanged on the same run as your garments. One collection, one delivery, one invoice instead of a second supplier turning up on a different day.

What a program includes

The parts that are not the washing

Every program is set up the same way before the first collection: we agree what is in scope, tag the stock, and fix the days. After that the service should be invisible to your supervisors.

Nothing here is an optional extra. Sorting, inspection and the garment record are the service — the wash is just the part you can see.

Set-up
Garment audit, tagging of existing stock and an agreed scope of what travels on the run.
Collection
Fixed collection and return days, with clean stock delivered as the soiled stock is picked up.
Processing
Segregated sorting by fabric, soil class and risk; chemistry matched to the garment's finish.
Inspection
Seams, fasteners and reflective tape checked on every garment, every cycle.
Repairs
Bench repairs and badge transfers included in the run rather than quoted item by item.
Reporting
Withdrawals and replacements reported back to whoever manages your garment stock.
Before you send garments

A few things we need to know

These change how a garment is routed through the plant, so they are agreed at set-up rather than discovered at the sorting table.

Contamination

Garments carrying solvents, heavy hydrocarbons, chemical residue or biological contamination must be declared, because they cannot travel on a general route.

Care labels

We process to the manufacturer's care requirements. Where a label is missing or illegible we ask before assuming, rather than guessing a temperature.

Turnaround

Run frequency is set by how much spare stock you hold. We would rather agree a realistic cycle than promise one that leaves crews short.
